1. Description of Service

OrbitSKU is a subscription software system enabling multi-channel store inventory mapping and synchronization. By linking account credentials, users authorize OrbitSKU to query and push inventory data updates to Shopify, eBay, and Etsy.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your cycle selection. Annual plans feature a 20% discount. Fees are charged in full at the start of the billing term and are non-refundable.

3. API Rate Limits & Outages

Store sync frequency depends on platform API rate limits. OrbitSKU is not responsible for inventory discrepancies caused by platform API service outages, developer key suspensions, or store credential expirations.

4. User Account Responsibility

Users are solely responsible for maintaining security around account logins. You agree to immediately notify OrbitSKU if any unauthorized account actions or security breaches occur.
